This delicious DRY Riesling has a laser beam of acidity and a pronounced mineral overtone. It shows fine balance with hints of slate and mineral accenting the flavors of green melon, star fruit, crunchy white peach, pickled ginger and anise. The finish is zesty and driven by a vein of smoky minerality that lingers on and on.
