Ripe dark berries, ground cloves and licorice on the nose, with a subtle stony character. Tight and chewy, with a medium body, firm tannins and a bitter, spiced, walnuty finish. Drink from 2026.

This typical classic blend Bordeaux Superieur is always appreciated for his consistency throughout the year. Château Recougne 2022 vintage is exceptional and reveals beautiful red currant, black cherry and plum fruit aromas giving way to notes of spice and moccha. The structure is well balanced with a lot of freshness on the attack and a long finish with fine tannins of roasted coffee. This wine goes perfectly with both red and white meat, grilled, roasted or sauteed, even slightly spicy. It can also be paired with many kind of cheese. We recommend storing and serving
