Balsamic notes dominate the cherry, herbs, and rose flavours. A classic style with coconutty oak.

Winery Notes:

Smell: Intense and elegant bouquet, fruity hints and undergrowth notes.
On the palate: Juicy expression of young Sangiovese di Montalcino, dry but not excessively, pleasantly tannic with a persistent finish.

This wine is made from 100% Sangiovese from estate grown vines aged between 8-20 years old.  Fermented and aged mostly in stainless steel tanks with a brief passage though French oak barrel.
