Callejo Vina Pilar Clarete - 2020 (750ml)

Made from very low-yielding, old vines of 50% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) and 50% Albillo Mayor, an indigenous white grape from the region.  The wine was fermented and then aged in cement eggs and large, neutral 500L puncheons, followed by 14 months aging on the lees prior to release.
