Description
This classic, bottle fermented Cava is made of a blend of 75% Macabeo and 25% Chardonnay grown in certified-organic vineyards. After primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wines undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle and ages on the yeast for at least 11 months. Brightly fruity with a hint fo yeasty depth, this is a great everyday value sparkling to drink by itself or as a base for mimosas or sparkling wine cocktails such as the French 75.
